AMARILLO, TX - Two men are behind bars after a Department of Public Safety trooper confiscated more than 20 pounds of marijuana during a traffic stop Saturday.

It happened just after 10:30 Saturday morning on Interstate 40 near Conway in Carson County.

The DPS trooper discovered 23 bundles of marijuana in a Chevrolet Captiva, and arrested 30-year-old Dario Ivan Brav and 47-year-old Albert Campos Junior, both from Porterville, California.

Officials say the drugs are valued at more than $104,000 and were likely being transported to Atlanta, Georgia.

Campos and Bravo sit in the Carson County Jail charged with possession of a controlled substance.
