Two Women Held at Gunpoint during Home Burglary

LAWTON, Okla - Three black men held two Lawton women at gunpoint, while they took more than $300 worth of items from their home.

Lawton Police said that the three men knocked on the door of a home in the 2300 block of NW 38th Place just after 11 p.m. Friday.

When the homeowner opened the door, the three men forced their way into the home holding Michelle Mendoza and her mother at gunpoint while they took weapons, prescription drugs, and other items from inside.

The three men then ran away with the items.

Lawton Police continue to investigate the incident.
