LAWTON, Okla._An accused murderer who was ordered to stand trial by a Comanche County judge last week is facing a delay in his case.
Tuesday, the attorneys for Kenshari Graham filed a motion asking for a review of that decision.
Graham is charged with the shooting death of Alec Mcglory in an apartment complex parking lot last year.
Following his preliminary hearing, the judge ruled there was enough evidence for graham to stand trial, and planned to set a trial date Tuesday. The attorney's motion put that decision on hold.
If the case is allowed to proceed, a trial date will be set in February.
