UPDATE: Charges expected to be filed in Altus DJ's death

Posted: Updated:

LONE WOLF, Okla._

An OSBi spokesperson said Wednesday they expect charges to be filed this week in the shooting death of Altus DJ, Harley Moody.

The Oklahoma Medical Examiner's Office said Moody died from gunshot wounds to his neck and chest.

Kiowa County Sheriff's deputies found his body inside a home near Lone Wolf last week. Investigators say Moody's girlfriend, Sandra Woodard, told them she was in the home at the time and admitted to firing a gun. She was taken into custody, but still has not been charged with a crime.
