Fort Sill PFC faces court martial Thursday

Fort Sill- A court martial is set to begin Thursday morning for a Fort Sill soldier charged with having sex with a girl under 16.

Military prosecutors say it happened on several occasions near Elgin between August and September of 2012. Private First Class H. Cohen Baker is also accused of possessing child pornography and having the girl send him nude photos of herself.

The court martial is expected to last 2 days. Count on 7NEWS for the outcome.
