Manuel Daniel, Jr. murder trial resumes Monday in Altus

Posted: Updated:

Altus- An Altus man is getting set to return to court Monday morning, for day four of his murder trial.

Manuel Daniel, Junior is accused in the killing of Melissa Bost. During Friday's testimony, an investigator revealed another potential suspect had been questioned after Bost's death. The detective told Jackson County jurors a man by the street name "Cut" was the victim's drug supplier. He says the questioning led to unrelated warrants and his arrest. The detective says a search of "Cut's" home found no evidence connecting him to Bost's murder.
