Insurance Company will cover County inmate lawsuit

Comanche County, Ok_Comanche County Commissioners have settled a dispute with their insurance company over a lawsuit filed by female inmates alleging rape by employees.

The insurance company had maintained that they were not required to cover any costs connected with that lawsuit.  The County filed a countersuit for a ruling to force the company to do so. 

Monday, the commissioners announced both sides had reached a settlement, in which the insurance company will cover the county in the inmate lawsuit.
