Pedestrian clipped by truck

LAWTON, Okla._A Lawton pedestrian suffered minor injuries Tuesday night when he attempted to cross a busy road and then changed his mind.

It happened at Southwest Sheridan and I Avenue.

Police say when the pedestrian was in the middle of the road when he realized it was too dangerous to cross all the way, but when he turned to run back to the side of the road he was clipped by a pickup truck and was taken to the hospital.
