Thorsten Rushing using McVeigh's lawyer

Posted: Updated:

LAWTON, Okla._A Lawton teenager, Thorsten Rushing, accused of shooting and killing his father and brother will be represented by the same attorney who represented Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh, Stephen Jones.

Thorsten Rushing is charged with two counts of first degree murder and two counts of conspiring to commit murder. He's accused of killing Uwe and Stephan Rushing with the help of four other teens.

The Comanche County District Attorney submitted two subpoenas late last week. They're requesting all personnel files related to Uwe's employment, including the survivor benefits on his life insurance policy and all documents in possession of Lawton Public Schools related to the victims and all five suspects.

A preliminary hearing for Rushing and the others four teens is set for April 9th.
