Judgement & sentencing set for negligent homicide case

Lawton- Court records show a motorcycle driver is set learn his punishment Monday following a police chase and crash that left a Waurika man dead.

It happened last July in Geronimo. Police say Wolf Manuel was going more than 100-miles-per hour on Highway 277 to try and get away from them. They later found his bike crashed and 18-year-old passenger Zachary Richardson dead.

Court records show Manuel waived his right to a jury trial on five charges, including negligent homicide, and is set to go before a Comanche County judge Monday for his judgement and sentencing.
