Son indicted for murder of his father

Borger, TX - 23 year-old Brendan Kai Moffitt has been officially Indicted on a Charge of Murder.

Moffitt is being indicted by a Hutchinson County Grand Jury for murdering his father, 47 year-old Herschel Bryan Moffitt on New Year's Day in Borger.

Brendan could be sentenced to anywhere from 5 to 99 years in prison.
