DUNCAN, Okla._The preliminary hearing for the three suspects charged in the death of Australian native Chris Lane is set to continue Wednesday.
Chancey Luna, Michael Jones and James Edwards Jr. all face first degree murder charges. They are set to return to court Wednesday where a judge will decide if there's enough evidence against the suspects to go to trial.
Edwards' charge of first degree murder could be reduced to a lesser offense if he testifies on behalf of the state.
The teens are set to appear in court at 2:00 p.m. before Judge Jerry Herberger.
