LAWTON, Okla._An accused murderer was formally arraigned Tuesday morning in Comanche County.
Kenshari Graham pled not guilty to second-degree murder in the April 2013 shooting death that claimed the life of 17-year-old Alec McGlory. Graham denies any involvement in the crime but during his preliminary hearing, a witness testified that he dropped Graham and Devin Fulner off at the apartment complex to buy marijuana from McGlory. The witness testified that he later heard gunshots and saw Graham and Fulner running from the scene.
Fulner is also charged with second-degree murder. He and Graham are set to be tried in May.
