LAWTON, Okla._ New developments in the Miles Bench murder case. The trial for the Velma man charged with murdering 16-year-old Braylee Henry will not be on the April trial docket as originally scheduled.

23-year-old Bench is facing a charge of first degree murder in the death of Henry.

It is believed that he brutally attacked and killed the teen at a convenience store in Velma.

Stephens County District Attorney Jason Hicks said it is likely Bench's trial will be put on the August trial docket.
