Deadline extension granted to Hank Skinner's defense team

Texas - A deadline extension has been granted to Hank Skinner's defense attorneys.
     
Skinner was sentenced to death for the brutal murders of Pampa resident Twila Busby and her two adult sons on New Year's Day in 1993.
     
Skinner's defense team now has until May 30th to submit findings from the transcripts of an evidentiary hearing.
   
The 31st District signed the order on Friday.
