Posted: Updated:
LAWTON, Okla._The suspect in a fatal rear-end collision is facing a charge manslaughter in the first-degree with a motor vehicle.

Court documents revealed Rashad Brady was driving in excess of 100 miles per hour when he hit Helen Laurenzana from behind, killing her while she waited at a stop light at the intersection of Fort Sill Boulevard and Smith Avenue. Police also said Brady showed no regard for the safety or property of others while driving at that speed April 9, the night of the accident.

Brady was released from an Oklahoma City hospital last week and is not yet in custody. An arrest warrant was issued for him Friday; the judge set Brady's eventual bond at $100,000

If found guilty, Brady would face no less than four years in prison.
