Motion to withdraw plea accidentally sent

LAWTON, Okla._A woman who recently pled guilty to a wreck in Elgin that killed a 2-year-old girl was back in court Monday.

Alison Roberson had a hearing to withdraw her guilty plea but she showed up without council, going against the judge's recommendation. Turns out, she had no intention of changing her plea at all. The judge had received two postcards from Roberson asking for a motion to withdraw her plea but Roberson says her cell mate must have sent the postcards without her knowledge.

She'll now have to serve the four years she was sentenced to.
