Posted: Updated:

LAWTON, Okla._Two months after a Fort Sill soldier was killed by a driver in a hit-and- run accident on Lawton's west side, the suspect is finally identified in a warrant for her arrest.

A warrant for first-degree manslaughter and leaving the scene of an accident was issued Tuesday, for Chelsea Webb.

Feb. 2, investigators believe Webb was driving home from work when she hit and killed a soldier walking on Old Cache Rd. near 82nd Street.

Webb never stopped, and was later found by police. She told investigators she didn't stop because she thought she hit an animal.
