Multiple shots fired at man in truck

LAWTON, Okla_ A scary moment last night at a southwest Lawton neighborhood when a man had multiple shots fired into his truck.

Details are still slim, but what we do know is it happened after 10 Friday night around 15th and Jefferson.

A man says he was jumped and tried to get away from his attackers by getting into his truck and driving off.

He damaged his truck trying to get away and then his attackers pulled around and fired 4 to 6 shots into his truck.

No word on the identity of the suspects.

    Learning to work together. That was the goal of a networking reception today, joining together nonprofits from southwest Oklahoma. The reception was held at the Youth Services of Stephens County.  The guest of honor was Jerry Wright - who is the director of the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits. Wright is responsible for helping nonprofits all across the southern part of the state. He answers any questions about budget, legal advice, and others.
