Fulner hearing continued after new charge was added

LAWTON, Okla._A Lawton man charged with murder was back in a court room Wednesday in Comanche County.

Devin Fulner has been charged with second-degree murder in the shooting death of Alec McGlory. Last week, the state added a new charge of possession of a firearm after previous adjudication. With the new charge, his preliminary hearing has been continued to June 16. The continuance will now put Fulner's trial on the September docket.

His bond is still set at $250,000.
