MARLOW, Okla._ The two victims killed in a weekend fire in Marlow have been identified, along with the cause of the blaze.

State fire marshals said Tuesday, Cortney Seymour, 25, and Rebel Womack, 2, were killed in the Saturday morning fire after an electrical fire ignited in the front of the house near the door.

Fire investigators say the woman was a friend of the young girl's family and that the child’s parents were in the other side of the home when the fire ignited. The mother and father shuttled their two other children outside before the father went back in to look for his daughter and Seymour, but was forced back by the flames.

Investigators say Seymour attempted to make it out of the fire but died while trying to rescue the young girl.

During their investigation, investigators found no indications of a criminal act.

Both Womack's and Seymour's funerals will take place Wednesday.
