Police arrest man wanted for taking pictures of naked woman tanning

DUNCAN, Okla._ A Duncan man wanted for taking pictures of a nude woman as she tanned at a local gym has been arrested .Dustin Wylie made his first court appearance Wednesday, and was charged with a felony count of taking clandestine photos.

The alleged victim told investigators she heard a noise while she was tanning at the Flex Worx gym in Duncan. She said she saw a hand holding a cell phone reaching over the tanning bed next to hers. Surveillance video showed Wylie going into the room, and photographing the woman while standing on a chair.

Wylie is free on bond, but cannot go into any place with tanning beds.
