KSWO TV CONTEST RULES

2014 ARMY CONCERT TOUR

JULY 5, 2014

1. Entrants must register on-line at KSWO.COM. All entries must be received by June

19, 2014 at 4:00 p.m..

2. Entries then become property of KSWO TV.

3. KSWO TV reserves the right to use the entrant’s name and city of residence in the

matter it sees fit, be it on-air, in print or on radio.

4. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Entrants must be 18 years or older to enter or win.

6. No employee or relative of any employee, agent or representative of KSWO TV Inc.

or its owned subsidiaries is eligible.

7. Winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Army Concert Tour featuring Little Big

Town on July 5, 2014. No changes, substitutions or cash value will be allowed.

8. Only one prize per person will be awarded.

9. One entry per day per person allowed.

10. Winners will be announced 6/23/14-6/27/14 during Good Morning Texoma from

6:00-7:00 a.m..

11. KSWO-TV reserves the right to change the contest rules at any time throughout the

contest period.

12. Limitation of Liability: By entering this contest, each contestant forever discharges

and releases KSWO-TV, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their

respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability,

claims, causes of action, suits and demands of any kind arising from or in connection

with the promotion, including, without limitation, responsibility for property damage,

loss of life, or personal injury resulting from or in connections with participating in

the contest or from or in connection with use of receipt of the prize, however causes.

13. Sponsors Reservation of Rights: These official rules are subject to modification

by KSWO-TV. In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by KSWO-TV are

final and binding. KSWO-TV reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify

this contest if, for any reason, the contest is not capable of completion as planned,

including due to infection by computer virus, technical corruption, force majeure, or

non-authorized human intervention that compromises or affects the administration,

fairness, integrity, security, or proper conduct of the promotion.
