Amber Alert: Olivia Smith from Kingfisher County

KINGFISHER COUNTY, Okla._An Amber Alert has been issued for a five-month-old girl from Kingfisher County.

Olivia Smith was reportedly abducted by Cindy Findley at 12:15 p.m. Thursday near Cashion, Oklahoma. Findley has a mental condition and is reported to have made comments about having a vision that the child would die in two days. The suspect’s vehicle is a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe with Texas plates bearing a tag of BYZ-3364. The suspect is accompanied by a woman named Jennifer Skousen.

They were last spotted in the Elmwood, Oklahoma area. They are believed to be heading for Salt Lake City, Utah.

Olivia Smith: missing

She is a five-month-old white female in a long sleeved, pink floral shirt.

Cindy Findley: suspect

She is a 47-year-old white female.

Jennifer Skousen: suspect

She is a 43-year-old white female.

No clothing description has been given for either suspect.
