Police: Georgia man had 174 pounds of marijuana

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ Oklahoma police say they've charged a Georgia man with drug trafficking after they found 174 pounds of marijuana in a car he was towing.

Thirty-eight-year-old Jemain McCreary of Douglasville, Georgia, was charged Wednesday. Court documents state police pulled McCreary over July 23 on Interstate 40 for straddling lanes.

Police say McCreary gave evasive answers during the stop when asked about the car. They say a K-9 unit alerted the officer that drugs were in the car.

McCreary is being held in the Oklahoma County jail on $25,000 bond. Online jail records didn't list an attorney.
