Pizza sales help out deceased co-worker's family

Posted: Updated:

OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla._A former Duncan man's co-workers are raising money to help with his funeral costs.

Michael Ray Youngs, 46, was killed last Monday night when he was hit by a car outside an Oklahoma City pizza parlor. Friends are still mourning his death and are doing what they can to help his family.

"We have a work family and a home family, but any time there was anything going on personal at home, of course we were there for him, too," said Denise Marshall, a co-worker.

Youngs worked for Domino's as a driver for more than 20 years. The Domino's Foundation paid for his cremation, but there are more expenses involved for his family, like a grave-site and headstone.

That's why friends are selling personal pan pizzas with every penny going to Youngs' family.
