Police arrest two suspected meth dealers

LAWTON, Okla._ A traffic stop on Aug. 13 led to the arrests of two suspected meth dealers.

Police say Mark and James Martinez both appeared to be trying to hide something as an officer approached their truck Wednesday night near Lee Boulevard.

A drug dog determined there were illegal drugs inside the vehicle. Police found four small baggies of meth in Mark Martinez' pocket.

When police searched the car, they found more meth and a digital scale. While being booked into the Lawton City Jail, Mark Martinez began throwing up. He told detectives he swallowed as much as a gram of meth.

He was treated and released from the hospital and taken back to jail.
