Duncan man charged with burglary spree

MARLOW, Okla._ A Duncan man was charged Thursday with two counts of car theft after a bizarre series of incidents in Marlow.

Investigators say Dallas Floyd stole two trucks in the span of about two hours. He took the first one outside a home on Heffington Road, and then ditched it a few miles away on a county road. Deputies say minutes later he stole another pickup from another home in Marlow, drove it a mile before crashing into a backyard fence just across the Grady County line.

Floyd allegedly tried to steal a truck at that house, but the owners grabbed him, and held him until authorities arrived.
