Maggots found in Oklahoma School Cafeteria

WOODALL, Okla._A stomach churning find at an Oklahoma public school: maggots in the cafeteria.

The incident happened at the Woodall School near Talequah. School officials have not confirmed where the maggots came from, but they do believe it was an isolated incident. County police are helping investigate.

A letter from the superintendent was sent home with students informing parents of the situation.  Some believe a student accidentally carried maggots into the cafeteria with their lunch last week.

The superintendent says they are disinfecting all areas. The health department has also been contacted.
