Lakes benefit from recent rain

SOUTHWEST OKLAHOMA_Lake levels are on the rise thanks to impressive amount of rain that has fallen recently.

The following are the current lake levels in our area:

Lake Ellsworth, 43 percent
Fort Cobb, 74.52 percent
Lake Frederick, 24 percent
Lake Fuqua, 57 percent
Lake Humphreys, 56 percent
Lake Lawtonka, 95 percent
Lugert-Altus Lake, 24.46 percent
Tom Steed Lake, 20.38 percent
Waurika Lake, 27.33 percent

More rain is expected and water is continuing to flow into the lakes. You can see more about the current lake levels and inflow rates here.
