Emergency personnel are stressing that Comanche County residents stay off the roads as much as possible, and obey all posted signs and  barricades. They are there for your safety, and under no circumstances should you enter high water. Please be extra cautious at night, as visibility will be decreased and it will be more difficult to judge how deep the water on the roadways is.
