Lawton neighborhoods reopening after evacuations

LAWTON, Okla._ The City of Lawton says two neighborhoods have reopened after flood evacuations

Turtle Creek off NE Rogers Lane is fully open and accessible. According to the city's Facebook post there does not appear to be much damage, if any, to the homes.

Garden Village off Rogers is open to residents only and you must show an ID in order to enter the neighborhood. The city says damage appears to be isolated to just a few homes.
