UPDATE: Search resumes Wednesday at Lake Altus-Lugert for possible drowning victim

ALTUS, Okla._ Search crews are looking for another drowning victim Wednesday morning at Lake Altus-Lugert this morning.

Authorities were called to the North Shore boat ramp around 6:45 p.m. Tuesday night. Witnesses say a man was under water for about 20 minutes before emergency crews got there. Search efforts were called off for darkness at 10:15 p.m. Tuesday and were set to resume Wednesday morning at 7 a.m.

Within the last week, two people have drowned on the same side of the lake and a third man drowned nearby on the North Fork of the Red River.

ALTUS, Okla._Another possible drowning under investigation at Lake Altus-Lugert.

Search crews from the highway patrol, the Greer County Sheriff's Department and Quartz Mountain park rangers were called to the north shore boat ramp around 6:45 Tuesday night. There has been no official report on the search yet from the highway patrol, but witnesses said a man had gone underwater, and was possibly in the water for 20 minutes before emergency crews arrived.

Just last week, two people drowned on the river side of the dam at that same lake
