OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ A man has been found guilty again of first-degree murder in connection with a fatal 2009 pharmacy robbery in Oklahoma City.
The Oklahoman (http://bit.ly/1TdHzUc ) reports that an appeals court ordered a new trial in 2013 for 37-year-old Emanuel Mitchell because he wasn't allowed to represent himself.
Jurors in the retrial found him guilty of murder and other crimes. They agreed on Wednesday that Mitchell should serve a life sentence in prison without the possibility of parole for his latest murder conviction.
Mitchell, who represented himself in the retrial, said he's disappointed in the jury's decision and that he'll appeal again.
Mitchell was accused of recruiting two teenagers to rob the pharmacy in an attempt that left one of them dead.
