2 more arrested following Duncan drug bust

DUNCAN, Okla._Two more arrests have been made at a home in Duncan where a drug bust happened Tuesday.

Sebastian and Sandy Cowan were taken into custody Tuesday, soon after Vincent and Sasha Cowan were arrested for allegedly selling meth to a man known by law enforcement. The arrests happened at the same home on the 1300 block of West Hickory Avenue.

Vincent and Sasha Cowan are facing a list of charges including drug distribution and child neglect because two children were in the home at the time. Sebastian and Sandy Cowan are being held on drug possession charges.

All four remain in the Stephens County Jail.
