$300 reward offered in Cache car burglary case

CACHE, Okla._The Cache Police Department says a $300 reward is being offered for information that leads to the arrest of a car burglar.

Police say the suspect burglarized a vehicle near Deer Circle and East B Avenue Tuesday night. He took several items including a Harley Davidson string backpack that contained the victim's packet to join the military, an ASVAB for Dummies book and the Art of War.

The suspect is described as a white male in his late teens or early 20s. He was wearing light colored shorts, a baseball hat and a light colored t-shirt. He ran south on Deer Circle before running east toward Antelope Drive.

    UPDATE: Investigation into burned body found in Payne County continues

    The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is reaching out to law enforcement in several counties to try and identify a body found burning in a field. Firefighters were called to the blaze in Payne County, near Stillwater, during the middle of last night's rain storm. So far, all authorities are confirming is that it was a man's body and was badly burned in a brush pile. Investigators are now looking through missing person's reports to try identify him.
