Lawton teen sentenced for conspiracy to commit murder

LAWTON, Okla._A Lawton teen is heading to prison for helping a friend commit a double murder.

Timothy Delahoy pleaded guilty in January to one count of conspiracy to commit murder and two counts of accessory after the fact. Monday, he was sentenced to five years in prison.

Delahoy aided Thorsten Rushing in shooting his father, Uwe, and brother, Stefan, in January 2014.

Another teen, Cody Davis, was also scheduled to be sentenced Monday for his role in the murders, but that hearing was moved back to August 25.
