Wagstaff due in court Wednesday for preliminary hearing

LAWTON, Okla._ Former Comanche County Emergency Manager Clint Wagstaff is scheduled to be in court Wednesday afternoon.

At last check, a preliminary hearing in his case was set for Wednesday afternoon. Wagstaff is charged with possession of child pornography and sex crimes against a 14-year-old boy. He's been behind bars since his arrest last August when the alleged victim's mother came forward. Investigators say they later found photos of young boys engaged in sexual activity on Wagstaff's work computer and two hard drives.
