Local stabbing under investigation

LAWTON, Okla._A Lawton man was taken to the hospital after being stabbed in the hand multiple times.

Police were called out to a home near Northwest 58th Street and Cherry Avenue to investigate a stabbing. The victim told police two black men pulled up in a white or gold Ford Crown Victoria around 8:15 p.m. Wednesday. The victim asked his girlfriend if she knew who it was, and she replied that she didn’t.

The victim told the two men they needed to move their car and one of the men got out and yelled at the victim. The victim shoved the suspect when he got too close and was stabbed in the hand and elbow with a small pocket knife.

The suspects have not been found.
