Comanche Nation Water Park opens Tuesday

LAWTON, Okla._The Comanche Nation Water Park will open Tuesday, July 14, at noon.

The water park has been closed due to damaging flood waters and electrical problems afterward. The Comanche Nation Water Park has announced that they will have free entry on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

They’ll be open for the following times this week.

Tuesday—noon until 8:00 p.m.
Wednesday—10:30 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Thursday—10:30 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Friday—10:30 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Saturday—10:30 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Sunday—noon until 6:00 p.m.

Day passes are $10.50 and season passes are $41.99 starting Friday.

The wave pool is closed temporarily.

They consider the plan a better alternative to the Governor's plan to raise taxes on services by $840 million.
