Phone's GPS used to track down robber

LAWTON, Okla._A former employee who was arrested last week after robbing a restaurant at gunpoint is now charged with the crime.

Javaughn Fox was arrested shortly after the robbery. Police said they were able to access a phone's GPS tracker that was stolen during the robbery. That phone was traced back to Fox's apartment. He was arrested after one of his victims identified him as the robber.

Prosecutors charged him Wednesday with first-degree robbery.

    A Lawton man charged with lewd or indecent acts with a child under 16 has accepted a plea agreement. Dylan E. Ross admitted to police that he sexually abused a four-year-old child on two separate occasions inside of his home this year. Ross will serve 25 years in the Oklahoma Department of Corrections with 5 of those years suspended. He will also have to pay a $1,000 fine and register as a sex offender.
