Suspect in Lawton and Wichita Falls bank robberies arrested

WICHITA FALLS, Texas_The man believed to have robbed the IBC Bank in Lawton, Wells Fargo in Wichita Falls and a third bank in Sherman, Texas, has been arrested.

Lawton police says 27-year-old Stephen Landon Mack is the suspect in the IBC Bank robbery on Saturday, July 18. Mack was also seen in surveillance footage during the July 16 robbery of the Wells Fargo in a Wichita Falls supermarket on Jacksboro Highway. An LPD press release says he was also wanted for a bank robbery in Sherman, Texas.

Thursday morning, officers were called to America's Best Value Inn in Wichita Falls just after 2:30 a.m. where they, along with the FBI, found Mack. Police also found 25-year-old Andrea Battle with him; she was arrested for exploitation of a child.

The Wichita Falls Police Department says they received a tip before 11:00 p.m. Wednesday and are still investigating possible connections to other cases.
