Woman arrested after chase, drugs found

DUNCAN, Okla._A woman who led police on a 20-minute chase through Duncan is behind bars.

It started around 10:30 p.m. Monday when police tried to pull over Emily Hood after she was seen speeding and then failed to stop at a stop sign. Officers say Hood kept driving, and at one point they saw a black bag tossed out of the window. Hood eventually stopped and an officer retrieved the bag, which contained meth, prescription drugs and nearly $800.

Hood was booked into the Stephens County Jail on complaints of drug possession and distribution.
