OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla._A federal grand jury has indicted a Comanche County man on five charges for drug and weapon possession.
Damion Tittles, a convicted felon, was taken into custody August 2014 after officers found him with 500 grams or more of a mixture containing methamphetamine, three semi-automatic rifles and a semi-automatic pistol. The charges include a charge of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and others for being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition.
The guns and miscellaneous ammunition were forfeited and now belongs to the United States. If convicted, Tittles faces between 10 years and life in prison.
