Marlow man charged with sexual battery

MARLOW, Okla._A Marlow man has been charged with sexual battery and assault with a dangerous weapon after an alleged altercation at a mobile home park.

According to a court affidavit, 55-year-old Michael Thelemann is accused of assaulting and threatening a woman and her son who live at a mobile home park where Thelemann is the landlord. The woman said Thelemann forcefully ran his hand up her leg in a sexual manner. She said when her teenage son came out to protect her, Thelemann pulled out a gun, pointed it at both of them, threatened them and then walked away. She said they could tell as he left, it was in fact, a BB gun.

Thelemann was arrested at his home later that night.

Thelemann's bond has been set at $75,000. He will be seen by a judge in October.
