Lawton man sentenced for 2nd-degree rape

LAWTON, Okla._A man was sentenced Wednesday to five years in prison for second-degree rape.

Darryl Brown was arrested in October of last year after police found him and a partially-unclothed 15-year-old girl in his car. Court documents showed Brown admitted to having consensual sex with the girl.

Prosecutors also recommended Brown participate in a sex offender treatment program while he's in prison, which could reduce his prison term.
