Overturned gravel truck temporarily shuts down on-ramp

ELGIN, Okla._An overturned gravel truck shut down an on-ramp to I-44 Thursday afternoon.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a gravel truck was taking the eastbound on-ramp in an attempt to get on I-44 from U.S. 277 when it overturned. The on-ramp was shut down at 1:10 p.m. and was closed until 3:58 p.m.

No one was injured.
