Another charge in last week's drug raid

LAWTON, Okla._New information in last week's drug sweep that led to the arrests of eight people suspected of dealing cocaine. 

Lawrence Washington was charged Tuesday and ordered to be held on a $10 million bond. Washington and the others were captured Friday following an investigation that started in April. 

Investigators filed detailed documents this week that provided information from cellphone conversations in which the defendants were discussing various drug deals and bringing cocaine in from Texas.

    A Duncan woman has been reappointed to serve on the Oklahoma Health Care Authority Board of Directors. Tanya Case was appointed to serve a second four-year term on the board by House Speaker Charles McCall. She will help oversee the agency responsible for the care and health of over one-million Oklahomans. Case has worked in health care for 35 years, with much of that spent in leadership positions.
