OHP, OSBI testify in Kimbro trial

DUNCAN, Okla._Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers and agents with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation took the stand Wednesday in the Jennifer Kimbro manslaughter trial in Duncan.

The state called the OHP troopers and OSBI agents that collected and tested evidence from the crash. Kimbro is facing two counts of manslaughter after reports show she was driving drunk when her pickup crashed on Highway 7 between Duncan and Velma in July 2013. Two passengers in her truck were killed. Shelby Blessin was pronounced dead at the scene and Kristy Bowen died two days later.

The state was expected to rest late Wednesday afternoon and court will resume Thursday morning.
