Westboro Baptist Church to protest in Oklahoma

NORMAN, Okla._The infamous members of Westboro Baptist Church, the church based in Kansas, says it's targeting the National Weather Service, Society of Environmental Journalists and Oklahoma State University.

Just last year, the group picketed in tornado-stricken Moore where they called the tornados retribution from God, but they were run out of town. A flyer making the rounds on Twitter wants to remind the NWS that "only by God's mercy do you get the weather."

Westboro routinely holds protests claiming military deaths and other tragedies are God's punishment for America's tolerance of homosexuality.
